Terms of Service – Smart Lead CRM

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Smart Lead CRM (“the Application”, “we”, “our”), a customer relationship management platform operated by Queens Car Rental through queenscarrental.com. By connecting your Meta or WhatsApp Business account or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

Smart Lead CRM helps businesses manage customer enquiries, WhatsApp conversations, leads, quotations, bookings, team assignment, and marketing attribution. Features may include integration with the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and optional AI-assisted tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business and any Meta Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, or phone number you connect to the Application.

4. Meta and WhatsApp

Use of WhatsApp and Meta services is also governed by Meta’s terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp Business and Meta Platform policies, including messaging rules, opt-in requirements, and approved use cases.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business and contact information
  • Keep access tokens, app secrets, and login credentials secure
  • Obtain lawful consent before messaging customers
  • Use the Application only for lawful business purposes
  • Ensure your team uses customer data responsibly

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Application to send spam, unlawful content, harassing messages, or content that violates Meta, WhatsApp, or applicable law. We may suspend access if misuse is detected.

7. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used. Customer data is stored in your WordPress installation unless you configure third-party services.

8. AI features

If enabled, AI features may process message content to assist with replies and quotations. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it to customers.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Application available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages may occur due to hosting, Meta API limits, maintenance, or factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queens Car Rental and Smart Lead CRM are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application, including lost revenue, missed leads, or Meta API restrictions.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
